Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Quick Oats
- 3 Very ripe bananas
- 3 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 Tsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Handful of dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and mash bananas.
- Melt coconut oil and add it, maple syrup, and peanut butter to the bananas and mix well.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
- Scoop small balls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Add chips if desired. Cook for 10 minutes.
